Netflix brought me on to design title treatments for the Higher Ground-produced series, Bodkin. The design I created above is what made it through for final use.
The official show description is "A ragtag crew of podcasters sets out to investigate mysterious disappearances from decades earlier in a charming Irish town with dark, dreadful secrets." It's a great show with an amazing cast, beautiful cinematography, and a tight plot line. Well worth checking out if you have not seen it.

Below is the first-round presentation for this project. I employed a variety of techniques to infuse expressivity into the type design. The designs incorporate hidden icons and references to water, murder, gunshots, sinking cars, and above/below themes, as well as hidden letters and stylistic choices. These elements were thoughtfully integrated to create subtle yet intriguing details in the designs.
